Epo pharmacokinetics in neonatal rats compared to extremely low birth weight infants (ELBW). Epo concentration in mU/mL is shown on the Y axis, and time in hours on the X axis. Serum concentration in neonatal rats is shown following subcutaneous injection (s.c.) or intraperitoneal injection (i.p.) of 5000 U/kg/dose of Epo.
